Daily Tasks
Our team of fully trained home care workers can assist with daily tasks such as getting up, washing, showering or bathing, getting dressed, and having breakfast. We can also remind or assist with taking medication, preparing meals, shopping, laundry and ironing, and keeping your home clean and tidy. We provide social support, including escorting you to external activities such as local playgroups, park visits, swimming, social groups, and cinema visits. Additionally, we offer some pampering when needed, such as organizing bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding, and a thoughtfully prepared meal before bedtime. At the end of each day, we can help with getting ready for bed.
Mental Health
Our disabilities services cater to a wide range of adults with mental health and learning disabilities, including ADHD, depression, autism, Down’s syndrome, and those with limited mobility requiring a Zimmer frame or hoist transfers. We understand the importance of social inclusion and can help you participate in activities that promote it, such as attending day centers, visiting friends or family, going to your church or club, and more.
