Work as a support care worker to give service users with modest learning disabilities and mental health personal care and support.
- Observe and document the daily actions of service users.
- Support and watch over service users when they go on everyday outings or shop.
- Work must be done in accordance with the healthcare provider’s policies and procedures.
- Work as a team and successfully communicate with one another.
- Having a discussion about the clients’ emotional and practical needs.
- creating care plans that best meet the needs of the customers.
- offering emotional support to clients by discussing their requirements and paying attention to their worries.
- help with household chores including grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Serves meals to clients at the table or in bed and helps with feeding if necessary. Assists and enables clients to put on and take off clothing, wash, use the bathroom, and bathe. overall comfort and well-being; offers interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service user; assists with daily tasks like letter writing, paying bills, and collecting benefits; performs light cleaning and domestic duties, including meal preparation as needed; monitors service users’ conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and contributes to record keeping; coordinates with professional staff in carrying out care plans, etc.
Qualification/training
Care certificate training with the 15 standards , overseas relevant care training or a level 2 relevant in health and social care essential
Work experience / skills
- hardworking with excellent communication
- Patience , calm and passion in helping others.
- ability to relate with others and flexible .
- 1-2 years experience working in healthcare as care worker or support worker .

Salary: From £21,801.00 per year
SHIFT :
Full time -39hrs/week
× weekly hours
Eg 10.75 ×39h×52= £21 801/annum
